Dark Was the Night (2015) Movie Trailer and Poster

RLJE/Image Entertainment presents the new full-length official trailer of Dark Was the Night, the upcoming horror thriller movie directed by Jack Heller, based on a script by Tyler Hisel. The film stars Kevin Durand, Lukas Haas and Bianca Kajlich.

"A never-before-seen evil is unleashed on the small, isolated town of Maiden Woods when a logging company sets up shop in the neighboring woods, and the towns only hope is their local Sheriff (Durand) and his trusted Deputy.

Plot:
"Maiden Woods is a remote and quiet town of decent, hard-working people, but something stirs in the dark woods surrounding this isolated community. After a logging company decimates an area of the forest, a rash of increasingly violent and unexplainable events transpires. Sheriff Paul Shields (Kevin Durand) and his deputy (Lukas Haas) struggle to confront their own personal demons while facing down a new breed of raw terror that is possibly older than humanity itself… And much, much hungrier."

Dark Was the Night opens on July 24th, 2015.
